    I took my car for MOT and it turned out that it needed a few repairs. I was called and explained in normal language what the problems where and an estimate of the cost. The estimate of labor was 5 hours but I'm quite sure they spent at least 6 on it as the problem was not easy to fix. Still, they did not charge me for the extra time. My car drives like new. Perfect job!
